It's priced by the size and height of the ceiling, its condition, the repairs it needs, and whether the walls are painted at the same time. After a short walkthrough we send a detailed, fixed estimate.
Can you paint the ceiling without painting the walls?
Yes. We protect the walls and trim and paint the ceiling on its own. Many homeowners pair it with the walls while the room is already protected, but it's your call.
Why are ceilings usually painted flat?
A flat finish hides small imperfections and keeps the light soft. Kitchens and bathrooms often do better with a finish that stands up to steam and cleaning, and we'll recommend the right one for each room.
Can you fix water stains and cracks first?
Yes. We repair cracks and old patches, seal stains so they don't bleed through, and prime before the finish coat.
Do you remove popcorn or textured ceilings?
Yes. That's our popcorn ceiling removal work. The texture comes off, the ceiling is skimmed smooth and primed, and it's painted as one project.
