What we do
We come to the home, look at every surface in the work, and measure. Most of the time is spent on the things that decide the price rather than the color: how sound the existing paint is, what the walls are made of, what prep they need, the height and the reach, how much trim there is, and whether anything has to be repaired before a finish will hold. We talk through color and sheen, and we tell you if something you asked for is not what the room needs.
What you get
A written quote with a fixed price and a clear scope, so you can read it at your own pace and compare it with anyone else's. It says what is included and what is not. Unless the scope changes, the price does not. There is no deposit to book the estimate and no obligation afterwards.
What helps
If you know which rooms, roughly when you would like the work done, and whether anything needs repair first, say so when you call. Photographs help for exteriors. None of it is required, and a rough idea is enough to start.
